Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for services offered by The Within Us.
Payments
All paid support services must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Until online card payments are available on the website, payment instructions may be sent by email. This may include bank transfer details, payment deadline, and any relevant booking information.
A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Free Introductory Support
Free introductory support is offered at no cost and is intended as a first conversation to see whether the support offered by The Within Us feels suitable.
Free introductory support is subject to availability. Free introductory support is usually offered once per person, unless otherwise agreed.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a one-to-one support session, please contact us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may usually be accommodated, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be treated as a late cancellation.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a paid one-to-one support session, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for rescheduling or, where appropriate, a refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to attend without notice, may be non-refundable.
The Circle
The Circle is a limited group experience. Places are confirmed only after payment has been received.
Because spaces are limited, payments for The Circle may be non-refundable once your place has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
If instalment payments are offered, payment dates and conditions will be communicated before the Circle begins. Access to the Circle may depend on payments being completed as agreed.
If The Within Us needs to postpone or reschedule the start of a Circle, participants will be informed by email.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, The Within Us may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Circle. In that case, participants will be informed by email and any paid amount will either be transferred to a new date or refunded, where appropriate.
The Practice Expands
The Practice Expands is a paid group support experience. Places are confirmed only after payment has been received.
Payment is made in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Because places may be limited, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to attend without notice, may be non-refundable.
If The Within Us needs to postpone, reschedule, or cancel The Practice Expands, participants will be informed by email and offered a new date or another appropriate solution.
Late Arrival or No-Show
If you arrive late to a session, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.
If you do not attend a scheduled paid session without prior notice, the session may be considered completed and may be non-refundable.
Changes by The Within Us
The Within Us may need to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a new time or another appropriate solution.
